Only the registered cardholder is permitted to submit an order.
Merchandise will be shipped only to a verified U.S. billing address. The shipping address MUST be the SAME as the billing address for the credit card you use, otherwise your card issuer will not approve the sale.
Customers wishing to have merchandise shipped to a different address must FIRST register that address with their credit card provider.
MINIMUM ORDERWe attempt to maintain the minimum order at $25.00 (less shipping and handling charges) due to rising quality labor costs. We will attempt to accommodate orders that are less than the $25.00 minimum. However we highly suggest that you adhere to the minimum order as the Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges for even lightweight (1 to 2 pounds) products are about $10.00 and can severely offset your potential savings since the credit card processors require a delivery signature.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders: Special Orders require PRE-PAYMENT IN FULL by either Money Order, Bank Check or Wire Transfer. Special Order cancellation is ONLY a recourse if:
The product is NOT AVAILABLE WITHIN 90 DAYS from the date of order.
The product becomes UNAVAILABLE from the manufacturer.
Following final delivery to you, Special Orders are NOT RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES . Make absolutely certain the product is what you desire.
PAYMENT SHIPPING TIMESPayment by Credit Card: Orders are processed upon verification of credit card information typically by the Next Business Day providing that the merchandise is in stock at the time of receipt of the order.
Payment by Money Order, Bank Check or Wire Transfer: Orders are processed upon receipt of Money Order, Bank Check or Wire Transfer typically by the Next Business Day providing that the merchandise is in stock at the time of receipt of payment.
Payment by Personal Check or Check by Fax: Orders processed after payment clears. This generally takes 7-10 business days.
Special orders: Special Orders usually ship within two (2) to four (4) business days upon our receipt of your Special Order goods.
SHIPPING
CARRIERSUPS: No P.O. boxes or A.P.O. addresses are accepted by UPS. If selected, UPS tracking numbers are E-mailed after items are shipped. UPS average delivery time is three (3) to seven (7) business days.
FedEx: No P.O. boxes or A.P.O. addresses are accepted by FedEx . If selected, FedEx tracking numbers are E-mailed after items are shipped. FedEx average delivery time is three (3) to seven (7) business days.
United States Postal System: This is the best method of delivery for all P.O. boxes and A.P.O. addresses. The U.S. mail averages from three (3) to seven (7) business days.
Motor Freight: This is the best method of delivery for all heavy boxes or containers that exceed the dimensions of other carriers. Motor Freight usually averages from three (3) to fourteen (14) business days.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
The shipping cost plus the $5.00 handling fee for orders shipped via UPS or FedEx.
The shipping cost plus the $10.00 handling fee for orders shipped via USPS or Motor Freight.

NO CANCELLATIONS FOLLOWING PRODUCT SHIPMENT !
Once an order is processed and shipped, you own the product.
Shop first… Then decide on the model, size, and color... Then place an order. If YOU change your mind, YOU will pay for it. We do NOT add the cost of handling returns to our prices for other customers to absorb. We do NOT believe that is fair to the customers that KNOW precisely what they desire and purchase it.
RETURNS
NO Returns!
You Agree That All Sales Are Final!
No returns of any type will be accepted without prior authorization. You must obtain an R.M.A. from our office.
The only merchandise eligible for return is defective merchandise for service or replacement under our warranty policy.
